Acidic Cleaning-in-Place agents

The dairy industry has around 12,000 processing facilities across Europe – which means daily in-place cleaning of a huge number of lines, pipes and tanks with multiple metal, plastic and glass components. The process can be complex, with various stages to descale and remove milk stone, dissolve fats, disinfect, rinse equipment and leave glassware sparkling clean.
